✦ I do have the right to accept / decline a commission
✦ I will be publishing the finished piece on my social media. If you want your commission to be private, please specify in your message.
✦ I sometimes stream (@twitch.tv/keyutea) the process of the piece. If you wish your commission to be private, please note me in your message.
✦ If you have any questions about my commissions, please email me.
✦ I am not comfortable with descriptions alone, so please include reference image(s).
✦ If you have a deadline, Please! tell me in the message at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance.
✦ Commissioner can print/use their commission to their fit.
✦ Commissioner CANNOT use the art to sell/mint it as NFT.
✦ Commissioner CANNOT use the art for any AI purposes.

✦ One commission TYPICALLY takes 2-4+ weeks to complete. (progress will depend on the complexity of the request)

✦ I will notify you if there's any delay with my working progress.
✦ DEADLINES: I will not charge extra, but will decline any request if I feel like I would not be able to finish it in time. (If you have a deadline, Please! tell me in the message at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance.)
Refunds & cancellation policy
✦ I wont give full/partial refunds after I have already started on the commission
✦ If I can't seem to finish the commission due to personal reasons, I will refund the commission in full.
